Did mobile app. Food was great but the wait is really long.
This McDonald’s is by far one of the worst the staff there is a joke. There’s nothing but younger teenagers that work there they abuse the parking spots and literally park you for a happy meal. There’s not one time they can get my order right without missing something, the managers are just as bad as the teenagers that work there very unprofessional very slow. Employees had customers waiting in lobby because drink machine was broken so no one was allowed to get their food without getting their drink
I called them and the person that I called had a really bad attitude and then hung up on me that was disrespectful and rude
Horrible food quality, Spicy McCrispy Deluxe was burnt, not only burnt but also no sauce at all, no lettuce and a small slice of tomato. The fries tasted 2 hours old, but they were busy as ever at 6pm. The hot fudge sundae, was half full of ice cream with very little fudge. Overall, this location used to be great..in Camden DE, now it’s bottom of the barrel no better than any of them in Dover.
