So I ordered online tonight. Got a large fry, daily double, McChicken, and 4pc strip. I got what I ordered. Only I pulled in the drive thru at 9:17, was told to hold a minute, waited 4, then got to the 2nd window to wait another 6 minutes before being told to pull forward to wait. So at 9:41 I finally went into the store to wait for someone to come to the counter to help me at 9:47.
