Placed a mobile order and the woman refused to give us our food or cancel the order. She got really ignorant for no reason and called the cops on us and told them we tried to fight her! Police pulled up 3 cars deep, but were really cool once they realized we weren't aggressive. All 6 cops advised us to report to the better business bureau and they have been to this location numerous times cause of the same woman. Absolutely terrible! TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HIRING AN IGNORANT PERSON WHO HAS NO IDEA HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!!!!
i came by July 23rd in the evening and got a simple order of two cheeseburgers and just that. there was no line, and i was given my food quickly. Despite it being slow and smooth, i was given two cheeseburgers with hard buns that tasted burnt from being in the heater too long. there should be no reason at all, especially during slow business, that you can't serve fresh food to the customers.
Bought a ice cream & Jenn manager wouldn't let me get cup of ice , they lied said machine broke GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT jerks
