Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through, girl taking orders told me to pull up to the window to place my order, once I got there she told me to go to the next window, got there then they stated they couldn’t take my order at the window and wanted me to go back around through a pack drive through again to do everything all over again. I just drove off.
Hours online incorrect. Came here at 1am to nobody in there. Stop advertising 24HRs. Thanks for wasting my gas and time
Asked for fries with extra salt, got fries with no salt, asked for my drink with no ice, got it with ice and attitude when I requested to get it how I ordered it, asked for no onions on my burger and got onions, not great.
Very bad customer Service it took 30 minutes to take care off the have a bad manager with attitude and she doesn't help with the orders I just lost money bc supposedly they can't find my order
