Despite the app saying it was open and allowing me to place an order minutes prior, the place was closed when I arrived. A woman inside looked at me when I waved to get her attention and she proceeded to ignore me and moved to the back. Several other cars were in line so this wasn’t an isolated issue. Now I’ve paid for an order and don’t have my food.
I had a problem with a Breakfast Order I placed this morning through The App & I was advised at the Drive Thru that I had to go inside to get further assistance. I parked my car & went inside & was provided such Kind & Excellent Service. I am disappointed I didn’t get her name but all of the ladies up front couldn’t have been nicer.
