was charged 28.45 for two Mc doubles. like really then I gotta wait for my money to return and didn't give me nothing for inconvenience. sayless. don't let my money be back on my card by Friday. trust me my voice and name will be known.
So I pull up to the double lane drive thru. The CSR was what I thought taking the customers order in lane one. After a two minute wait they finally come to take her order. So now it will be another 2 minutes before my online order is taken. I will send a letter to corporate, demanding a complete change in management. I used to think this was one of the better ran McDonald's on the Eastside of Chicago, but they lack of respect for customers that some of the employees show here,has made reconsider my thoughts... People stand and wait for service and no one comes. They stare back at the public like there crazy... An when you try and ask for condiment or napkin, they disappear quickly or give it too you with nastiest attitude you ever seen... Most of the managers as well...
