Went here with my brother since he wanted some McDonalds. The customer service manager lady helped me open my drink from outside that had a metal cap lid, even thought she didn’t have to. Thanks lol :)
Extremely unprofessional service. I went to pick up a Skip order and was ignored by both staff members for several minutes, despite ringing the bell multiple times. When someone finally came out, he was rude and dismissive, saying he was preparing the order and even threatened to cancel it when I asked for basic communication. Very poor attitude—if you choose to work, do it respectfully or stay home please 🙏.
No one comes for the customer at window on night It has been 15 minutes im waiting
AGAIN THEY FORGOT MY MC CRISPY. This place owes me at least &30 in mistakes. Supposed to be 24 hours yet they lock their doors all the time at 12AM because they don’t want more orders. My orders are always wrong or missing things. Always old fries at night
