Service is very inconsistent, sometimes good but often terrible. Went through the drive-thru, waited several minutes to be acknowledged. Said hello a couple times, no answer. Someone finally came on the speaker and said only hello (usually “welcome can I take your order”, or something like that), I asked if someone was there because no one had taken my order yet.
