’m honestly extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced. I placed my order and was directed to pull forward to the second pickup window, which I did without any issue. However, after that, I was completely ignored. I waited there for over 30 minutes, and not a single employee came out to check on me, give me an update, or bring my food. Speaker may have been broken but they took ou order at the window amd they food was fresh and still arrived quickly.
The food is always cold, never fails. You wait for like 15 minutes and then you get cold. Food has to drive through and tell him that it's cold and wait another 10 minutes for some warm food.
I got a quarter pounder deluxe meat was dried out it was cold I also got fries which were good but burger went in trash I won't be going back to many choices to pay that much for food that goes in the trash
Don’t come here, it deserves to be shut down. Never coming back
