Tons of staff working the drive thru and Skip orders but I had to wait forever for a medium coffee which should have been 10 seconds to pour. Place was dirty and unkept looking.
20 minutes to get the food from the drive-thru, Dominos can have a full pizza ready in 13 minutes.
This location has seen a huge decline in speed, and quality of service. The slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced. Lots of order errors, now. I don't know what's going on, but they need to get their act together here. Edit: One year later - still slow, still badly made, still missing straws and napkins in the bag (but included a dozen ketchup I didn't ask for). Half of the restaurant blocked of with chairs not napkins in the dispenser had to wait 20 minutes to start my order had employees ignoring me DO NOT GET ICED COFFEE I GOT FOOD POISONING BECAUSE OF IT. Rude customer service very dirty tables and barf in the washrooms treble would have given negative stars if possible DO NOT HO HERE
