I’ve been to this location a couple of times and also picked up a mobile order once. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great to say the least. The food was really poorly put together- everything looked messy and rushed. Even though every time it took way more time to get our food than usual. Once we had an order with table service (when they bring your order to your table) - never got one, we were called to pick food ourselves. I originally wanted my tea cold, but there wasn’t an option for that, so I ordered it hot. After placing the order, I asked at the counter if they could just add a few ice cubes. But the drink had already been made. Mohameed, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and offered amazing service. He remade the drink for me and told me not to hesitate to let him know if it wasn’t just right. He was so polite, and I’m really thankful — it was such a great experience! I’d really love to compliment this staff member.

Ordered a burger plain because I can’t eat ketchup or mustard. The burger was “plain” ie they must’ve put sauce on it then scrapped it off, awesome work yall what if it was a severe allergy?
