I placed an online order. When I got there they had no idea where my order was. The manager then figured out she gave my food away to a random person. It then took them 22 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches! The manager gave no sympathy and no apology. This was around 2pm so not the lunch or dinner rush either. I usually come here 4-5 times a week because I work really close to this location, but after the way the manager handled this today I will go out of my way to go to another McDonald’s location and never come here ... read more
