I ordered the "2 Cheese Burger Value Meal" and didn't get any cheese on my burgers. I wasn't supposed to make this into a big of a deal but I had a big order and was hoping to get my money's worth. I visited around a busy-ish hour so I can understand this happening. Hopefully my next experience won't be a repeat of this. The staff was nice and very accommodating, which didn't get me into much of a foul mood.
Samuel needs to get a big raise, best customer services ive seen in a very long time. We need more people like Samuel working in the food industry.
I visited this location recently and it was extremely busy. Unfortunately, it felt like most of their attention was going to the drive-thru orders, while those of us inside the store were left waiting much longer. The wait time was frustrating, especially since people who ordered after us outside were being served quickly
