Service has gotten horrible at most of the McDonald's restaurants in New Iberia & it starts with very poor managers & trickles down to all of the employees.
The workers at this location have exceptional attitudes and work ethics. My only complaint, is there was a Customer of Caucasian descent on the inside of the facility who was very ugly and rude to the staff.
Fast, no wait here, food pretty good
Made the mistake of coming back year later still absolutely trash.
