McDonald’s – 11th Street, Rockford, IL Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had some bad ones. First, I sat at the speaker for three full minutes. Nothing. Thought maybe it was broken, so I backed up and tried the other one. Another three minutes . still nothing. Finally, I said “hello,” and it literally sounded like I woke the worker up from a nap. They ignore customers
I’m not sure what you guys have changed in the past 3 to 6 months but this place is really gone down from being one of the best McDonald’s in ROCKFORD to possibly all the words due to the service
