I was about to order today around 9:00 in the morning but one of your staff member should be trained proper customer service. Her approach was not satisfactory. This is to remind that working in a food service industry (front of the house) should have a good customer service as well so that there is a higher customer satisfaction . Have a good day!
I don’t write reviews often. Only when service is dog water. But this might just be the worst McDonalds in Calgary. Would highly recommend going down the road if you’re out and about. I would also not recommend ordering from this location online. Food is ALWAYS ice cold, oil is burnt. They don’t follow any instructions.
This place today at approximately two in the afternoon was just disgustingly dirty. No clean tables. Litter all over the floor. Sticky floors. Filthy soda pop area. Overflowing garbage and a nasty young man taking orders. Never will come here again. The food was just disgusting too!
