I have gone to McDonald's thousands of times. But this visit, I was absolutely blown away by AbdulKarim. He went above and beyond with all the customers and it was literally "service with a smile" which doesn't exist anymore. The BEST customer service I have ever had! The guys with the bad reviews need to go when this guy is working.
Took over 15 minutes for my order just to tell me they didn’t have an item I already paid for, thankfully i was compensated with another item but the workers there seem very immature and out of order, there’s lots of yelling and talking and not as much working.
on March 24 I had the hero burger and almost died I've never been sicker in my life . Try and contacting McDonald's is near impossible to make a complaint . So happy it wasn't my kids that got it and it was me . I'll never I mean ever eat at McDonald's again . we ate there prob twice a week and never again
