this has happened twice now i don’t usually go to mc donald’s for food but whenever i go to the one near me in coventry hills i will be sitting in the drive thru while they take the peoples order next to me they let five cars go while im sitting on the window next to them. i know how drive thru’s work and that’s not it i hope they fix this problem and find people who know how to do their job properly. the staff are very unprofessional and rude when i asked why this happened.
One of my order was large coffee online with 3 cream and 3 sugar but I get black coffee instead, so maybe next time check it twice first the item before you give it to the driver. please and thank you.
This is a great place to wait six minutes for a tea and hash brown when you're the only person in the restaurant, then realize when you get home they gave you a coffee instead. Absolutely abominable service from top ro bottom, manager to staff. Slowest McDonalds in this half of the city and maybe the one with the highest error rate too.
