They never give you sauce and when you ask they lie and say it’s in the bag. They didn’t even give me my drinks and I had to remind them. Terrible!
I went to have. Lunch after work and I was dining alone so I was privy to something I wish I'd never have witnessed.... The shift manager and a couple of workers were talking and laughing and as I listened in (bc I wanted to laugh too) I was appalled that they were actually whispering and making fun of the customers and laughing at them the manager was average height brown hair and if I would be so bold absolutely has no room to talk and make fun of people much less with his subordants. My husband goes there everyday to have coffee before he goes to work( I won't order or go inside) the food quality is awful it's like the food is stale. But what really got me is the no more refills, I can understand that for sodas BUT NO COFFEE REFILLS?!?! I mean who does that?! Also the treatment and attitude my husband has received there is abysmal. He is a senior citizen and a veteran. Like I said he goes for coffee before he goes to work.
