I come here pretty frequently, lots of the time something is missing or made incorrectly. Today's instance solidified my reluctance to come back. I came through, asked for an ice coffee with less ice as I have sensitive teeth(and told the order taker) the person taking my order then told me that they couldn't modify an ice coffee or it would be less coffee and cream. Says they’re open 24 hours but doors were locked at 1:45 AM… saw staff inside behind counter counting money…? Waved but no response. Update your hours if you are not open 24 hours.
McDonald store number 40452 rejected a feedback coupon of a free small treat saying they don’t participate in any coupon event even though the coupon says “valid at participating McDonald’s restaurants located in Calgary, Alberta.” So what’s the point of us doing the feedback survey if we can’t even use it?
I work really close to this location. If I were to average order accuracy I would say they get 3 out of every 5 orders wrong. Really sucks as I usually go to the drive through. My ordered aren’t complicated either. 1 star for service and food as for consistently incorrect orders, those 2 are tied together. Atmosphere is good and clean inside whenever I go inside. 4 stars for that. Please do better….
