Cold food and the employees don't care about customer service at all.
Waiting nearly 30 minutes for a mobile order is unacceptable. Worst thing is, I’m pretty sure they somehow marked it as done so their little corporate timer didn’t make them get a lower score, since the app said someone was bringing my food for 20 minutes (which also meant I couldn’t get a refund). Unacceptable, never returning to any locations with these operators
