Ordered 2 $5 meals 1 plain MCchicken, the other one a Mcdouble with no cheese the cashier rang me in for two $ 5 McChicken meal which I didn’t know she did because she didn’t read back the order. I got my food and told them it was wrong and to remake it and they took the 2 mcChickens back and wrapped them up and sold them to other customers told them a second time they remade it they gave me a regular mcChicken and a McDouble with cheese also put 2 4 peice nuggets in the bag which we had already got because it’s included in ... read more
order taker was INCREDIBLY nice, even while i was trying to decide to order (within 5 seconds), opened the mic to the other drive thru lane to tell them that they would be with them in a moment and came back immediately to take the rest of my order (which i think shows very strong customer service skills).
