The staff was super attentive. I was in the cash line, which usually takes forever to be acknowledged at other locations, but not here. I was acknowledged the moment I walked up to the register, got my food within minutes. Quick and pleasant service. Inside was really clean and tidy too.
I had a really bad experience. My poutine was ready for over 5 minutes, but the employee was too busy texting instead of serving me. It was honestly insulting — she preferred being on her phone rather than doing her job. Very disappointing.
2 McDouble combos. Fries were old and tasteless. Burgers were cold and extremely salty. Drinks had more ice than pop. Homeless man sleeping at a table woke up halfway through our meal which allowed us to here his loud conversation about a shady deal he was in the middle of before he had to go to jail. Absolutely terrible food, atmosphere and experience. Only positive was that none of my kids were with me to experience it as well. I won't be stopping at a McDonald's again.
