To start, I've always had great experiences here, the food is always hot and fresh and service has always been good. I had the best costumer service today though, the female manager on duty was very kind when I tried a new menu item and there was a condiment on it that I personally cannot stomach. She graciously replaced the burger and was very kind about the whole thing. I felt bad but at the same time I was very appreciative of their understanding and patience.
The manager was extremely rude had no respect for the customers, and was treating their employees like garbage everyone else was extremely nice, but the manager lacked a lot of respect.
