I got coffee in the drive through
I am extremely frustrated with the service at this McDonald’s location. Every single time I place a mobile order at approximately 3:00 a.m., the order goes through successfully. Yet when I arrive at the drive-thru, the staff tell me they are closed and ask me to cancel the order myself. This behavior is irresponsible and unacceptable. It feels like the staff are simply lazy and unwilling to do business, while customers are left wasting time and effort. If the store is closed, mobile orders should not be accepted. Better since they did an overhaul of the interior. However, we did just go here today and tried their new burger. Barely any sauce and fries had hardly any salt. So food can be a hit or a miss depending on the day.
