The environment was generally untidy. The staff handling the food was not wearing the gloves. When the manager / supervisor’s attention was drawn toward this negligence , she replied: No need of gloves as we frequently wash hands.
I ordered 3 burgers and none of the burgers were correct. They forgot 2 drinks and 1 fry. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which isn't ridiculous but it isn't fast. The worker behind the counter seemed extremly confused as to what was going on. The manager had to micro manage her. Very poor experience, I would not come back

Rude staff ,unprofessional behaviour and very annoying thing no drink refills very disappointed and they took tomato ketchup inside
