Sent a complaint earlier and all the restaurant manager could tell me was that she was conducting a shift verification for another manager that probably never happened. Then she proceeded to offer a complimentary meal when this restaurant is the most unsanitary place ever! Who would ever want that? After I told her that I didn’t want her complimentary meal and that all I need is for Elsa to get her crews priorities and attitudes straight, she just sent a thumbs up as a response.
