Exceptional service. Staff is so nice and Sarita is amazing and thoughtful of her customers.
I had to get them to fix my order three times because they kept screwing it up How hard is this job? Can we not understand the English that the order is being ordered using?
Extremely poor service. I stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes waiting to place my order, and not a single employee acknowledged me or came to help. Being busy is understandable, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service.
