This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Calgary. I don’t know how it’s being run, but the staff seem lazy and unprofessional. The inside is dirty and gross, so I usually go through the drive-thru. They often forget simple things like sugar or other items in your food or drinks, and when you try to speak to them, their attitude and the way they look at you is very rude. It feels like a family chain full of staff who don’t care, so your comment or complaint means nothing. Better not to go there.
