Service needs to improve.
The person who was working the drivethrough and till was very friendly and welcoming, but it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food after already waiting 10 for the person in front to get there's. My big mac was very poorly made making it very hard to eat and handle. They also forget my large fry. The people who are making and packaging the food need to be restrained or fired for how poor they make the food look and how the package the food.
