Staff behavior is unacceptable when their manager isn't around to oversee.
Fast service, friendly staff, and the food was fresh and hot. Everything was prepared correctly, and the restaurant was clean. Great experience overall.
This McDonald’s used to be the best McDonald’s and drive thru. The last four times I've been there using the McDonald's app. The orders have been horrible. Tonight the drive-through was really busy so I thought I'll get fresher food than we have been getting for breakfast. I special ordered a Big Mac no salt, no pickles and light lettuce. It had so much lettuce and the bun was old and dry. They probably open all the bags in the morning. I had ordered a Dr pepper with my meal and the girl at the window got an attitude with me because she said it said sprite… I didn’t change my mind… I then ended up with sweet and sour for my nuggets when I asked for bbq… stuff like this happens but it felt intentional… fries were cold and I poured the drink out because I honestly didn’t trust it… hate to say all this but when I call up there (which I never do, truly) I was told to hang on and just heard background noise… hung up and will probably go back at some point but wi... read more
Worst mobile ordering service EVER! Multiple times nobody brings the food you will wait for 10 minutes before you have to call to tell them! Wow!
