Disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy during my drive-thru visit. I wasn’t greeted, and when I tried to engage politely, I was ignored twice. I understand the job is demanding, but respect and acknowledgment should never be overlooked. Crew can make or break an experience and I can confirm I won't ever be back.
I came to this McDonald's planning to use the receipt survey offer, which clearly says "Buy One Get One Any Sandwich (equal or lesser value)." I originally wanted to buy a Double Filet-O-Fish and expected to receive a second Double for free. However, the staff told me the promotion doesn't apply to double sandwiches - even though the receipt says "any sandwich" with no exclusions mentioned.
