I redeemed 4500 points for a sausage egg McFuffin and when I gave the lady the code she said it didn’t work. So I pulled up to the window and it was still giving them issues. Then the manager came and seen that I wasn’t trying to scam a free food item, it was the app being trash. He then told me if it doesn’t get a new code then I can’t have it because I was holding up the drive thru line. I waiting for a McChicken biscuit in the drive thru for over 15 mins. They had me pull to the last windows and waited. Finally after seeing the car behind be get there food within a few mins. I asked the one girl who came out to give another car their food she told me she didn't know and was so rude. I even called while waiting and was told it's coming. I had to park my car go in after 20 mins an get my money back. Very cold and rude. I was on company time. I asked for a manager and was given a dirty look. Finally after gett... read more

Went here and they took the order of the two drivers who got there after me in the Drive-Thru. Stupid. I got here first and they refuse to take my order. Edit, I return to this location much later and it seems that that drive-thru is broken with no indication or cones blocking it off. I think I'm going to go to another McDonald's location, this is one of those locations that chooses to charge more anyway and I'm tired of getting inconvenienced

The right drive-thru Lane is non-operational and it hasn't been in months. They have no signs up or cones deterring customers from driving up to it. And I found out the hard way
