Of course they got my order wrong that’s expected, then she proceeds to tell me we have NO ICE for the soda!?? I asked for a refund , she got the manager who’s speaking to me in SPANISH!?? I asked him 3times “English please” he proceeds to speak Spanish “ I just want a refund”!! Please hire people who are bilingual or who speak English 🤦🏾
I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up at the restaurant. When I got there, the door was locked. An employee was mopping inside, and I had to knock for her to tell me I had to wait until she finished mopping to be allowed in. So, I went through the drive-thru at 7:07 AM. The employee at the speaker was very polite. I then stopped at the next window and waited until 7:10 AM for my food, even though it was already sitting on the counter.
