This is a good restaurant when they want to be.. meaning a certain very young manager is awful in quality control of fresh food and good service. I have been here on many occasion and when he is on duty the food is cold and gross and his response is always a stupid look! In my opinion he is too young to manage or understand customer service. I won’t be back after the last cold stale meal.
Used mobile app to order and sit down inside to eat took me 15 minutes to get here and waited another 20 minutes for food all they care about is the cars In the line and keeping that time down terrible service.
The manager on shift tonight is very professional and has excellent problem handling skills. I deleted all my bad reviews in the past just because of his kindness, sincerity and professionalism . I wish I got his name.
