Food delicious
I always come to this McDonald's when I'm in Youngsville. The people are welcoming and the food is always prepared fresh. Last week, March 16th, 2026, I had came here to try the new Big Arch. It was alright. Wasn't like the Double Quarter Pounder or anything like that. Will be back soon. Love the service.
Terribly slow, waited for over 25mins in line
It would be easier to train a cat to speak than to train this McDonald’s to actually put ketchup in your bag when you ask for it. This is probably the 15th time and I’m not exaggerating.. ask the person checking you out for some ketchup, they’re going to say “sure”, and let me know how that goes. If you think I’m exaggerating.. they have the memory of a goldfish. Ask them to give you the ketchup before even handing you the bag to make sure you get it. Usually fast service. Unless you order the fish. Other than that they have a great friendly staff and fast service.
