I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I was waiting in the drive-thru for a long time, but nobody took my order. Meanwhile, cars at the other drive-thru lane were being served without any issues. It felt like I was completely ignored. Very poor service and definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s.

Going through the 2 lane drive thru at Burgerking. The associate took orders from 5 cars but would not take my order. I pulled around and went into the other lane and they took my order. And took the order from the car that was in the lane I left from. Very very rude!

It's getting worse. 3rd shift drive thru doesn't know how the apps works. Gave him the code to earn points and then proceed to my orders. I gave him another code to redeem my reward and he said I could only use one code. That was a months ago. And tonight same thing n even messed up my order. Supervisor with attitude told me to go around n order again. These workers didn't even apologize. The need more training.
