I live near this establishment and often order food here. The employees often turn a blind eye to the little things and specifications of the order. They make terrible cold coffee here!!! If you order extra milk and caramel, they don't add it at all or just a little! The coffee is tasteless. They often forget to put the sauce, I have to go to another establishment further away, because this one disappointed me.

Every time. The incompetence. Always something when I come here. Have no choice becus it's closest to wrk! Gave her my code. Not once but 2x somehow! & she failed to apply it. She said it deleted!?! Make that make sense, still took my dam points & still didnt receive my order. They were ready to argue instead of resolve! manager included! Do better!!! I dnt leave comments. But im pist! Everytime always something!
Honestly no complaints whatsoever, smooth and quick service and friendly people in drive thru💪
