5/24 pulled into the Togo windows to order. They had two lanes but where not answering on the e second lane, so after three cars went in the other lane I had to go around to order inside. I told the manager one whole lane is not being serviced. He said nothing and just handed me a cup and walked away. I waited for my order the total time was 15 minutes as there were only handling drove threw.
