Only one ordering kiosk working, drink refill station out of order. I chose table service and got a locator, but the staff just yelled my number instead of bringing the food — and there were no other customers. Order was served in a paper bag instead of a tray. Poor service and broken equipment.
2nd day in a row that i ask for light ice in my ice tea and got a rude look by a pink shirt employee possible the manager or assistant manager. She needs to go to a course in customer service
