8/02/2025 3 AM Ordered through uber eats…. AMAZING!!! I believe in going above and beyond with reviews when an establishment goes above and beyond for me. I ordered a double fish meal, with a Vanilla shake. I’m assuming they didn’t have the shake so they gave me a large Carmel frappe and 22 apple pies instead. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER OVERNIGHT, GREAT JOB!! I HATE THIS MCDONALDS they do what they want when they want I’m a driver for CTA and I order my coffee the app so it’ll be ready when I pull up I have ordered 3 times and they are never open on time they open when they want to so I’ve lost money 3 different times that is so unprofessional and then at night they only take cash and do everything on a calculator which takes to much time so the line is always long and slow
Horrible customer service. They never give you what you order and then complain when you ask them to do their job right. Definitely needs new supervisors and retraining
