I genuinely don't know any fast food restaurant that operates this way. There's absolutely no lobby service. You go inside and workers will simply look at you and refuse to talk to you. You go through the drive thru and they don't take your order at the speaker, you have to go to the 2nd window and then they will take and make your order. Unlike other restaurants who ask drivers to park so they can attend other costumers while they make orders, you just sit and wait at the window. The wait at this location can be quite long at times, but that's more than likely due to volume of customers. However, service is always great and even though I have issues with the app they do a good job of taking care of you. The manager at the time, Marcela, really helped me out and she was really patient even though that app was driving me insane.
Missed my order and someone else's
All I wanted was some fries and a sundae to share with my kid, but the fries were cold, and the prices were outrageous. We paid $17 for 4 items, which would have cost us $5 only a few years ago.
