If you are expecting fast food fast.... DO NOT COME HERE! IT DOESN'T MATTER THE TIME. It takes FOREVER, ALWAYS! AND IF YOU COME RIGHT AFTER KIDS ARE LET OUT OF SCHOOL, EXPECT A 30MIN WAIT. *Oh, and expect to go to curbside waiting if drive-thru ALWAYS AND 15MIN WAIT IS THE STANDARD HERE. (Currently going on 20mins from when I ordered)
Quality dropped hard. The lady manger does not manage the employees well at all. So sad
They mess up orders and are not even nice to just fix it. They blame you that you don't do order right or that only a certain thing you ordered... not good service.... I ordered just 2 on a Sunday and waited 22 minutes for them outside and had to go inside and the manager said I'll get them and just gives them to me
8/28/25 Ordered Happy Meals for the Ninja Turtle/Hello Kitty Collab toys from this location and of course they aren't available. Not the first time this happens at this location. Consistent poor service and they never have Happy Meal toys that are said to be available through the McDonald's app at this location. What's the point of clicking on the toy as an option when this location always gives you something other that what you selected on their app? You're better off driving to other McDonald's locations.
