Front of the house employee, Jalissa, is a rock star. We had just left a terrible customer service experience at Wendy's and Jalissa renewed our faith and trust in fast food servers. She was kind, polite, and was a little ray of sunshine at 7:15 a.m. Food was great, her service was great, and our day was restarted on a better foot because of her. Thanks, Jalissa!
The only problem that I had with that McDonald is that when it comes ordering my food via their kiosk machine, I am better off paying my order with my debit card than with cash. With my debit card, I don't have to wait a few minutes just to ring my order, but when I have to paid my order with cash, I have go to the cashier and wait for a few minutes just to paid for my order.
Worst location ever I payed for my order online at this location which is supposed to be open 24 hours but when I pulled up there were cones in front of the drive through speaker preventing me and another hungry customer from coming through and talking to the workers who I assume were in there just simply not trying to do there jobs and being lazy. Order four cheeseburgers with only mayo and ketchup and yall somehow managed to make every one wrong? One was missing mayo, two had pickles, one had onions. Like how do you even screw that up?
