Leah the manager claim to charge for a small water cup at the drive thru but says you have to come inside and get it for free…. Hows does that make sense ????? out of Vanilla shake. out of hot fudge. they said it was due to the local festivities which are anual, so why didn't they prepare. why is the milkshake machine always broke?
Not the best
Had a frustrating experience with curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes for food that didn't arrive, then had to go through the drive-thru. We then waited 30 more minutes for our hotcakes, and by the time we got them, the other food was cold and drinks were watered down. The staff at the second window specifically seemed overwhelmed, and they were not friendly.
