customer service is very poor. no communication. walk back and forth with no acknowledgement. workers coming up to cashier without speaking just staring. take their time. doordash pilling up and now handing them out. need better management
I'm allergic to the food so I can't eat it but I can drink the coffee and the water which are both very good and it's very clean and their bathroom is super clean and I always get excellent customer service their staff is very personable I see them giving everyone excellent service.
It's either they get something wrong, give one napkin, don't fulfill the order, and scream and laugh and take more than 10 minutes just to still not get service and force myself to walk out with an unfulfilled order, atmosphere was terrible, I wanted to hurry out, people were screaming at the workers too because they just weren't doing their job well 🙎🏿♀️wasn't clean either, and they didn't allow some customers access ti a bathroom due to them not paying attention to customers.
