Ordered a Big Mac but got a double cheeseburger in a Big Mac box! Not happy today!
Don't order unsalted French fries from this particular McDonald's store always have to wait more than ten minutes or more ordered 5 minutes ahead through drive thru waited today 8/14/25 for ten minutes after confirming my order at window I had seen 4 other cars go thru drive thru while waiting I went inside as for my order nobody even prepared it they were saying I had them cancel my order not loving this store on 350 Burnett Rd Chicopee MA will be avoiding that particular McDonald's store from now on
