They are always understaffed. But TRYING. You are going to McDonald's not a fine Italian restaurant in the North End. Remember that before you demand more from your value meal deal 🤔🤔
Very clean restaurant, and accommodating, welcoming staff
Went to order food and no one attended us at the speaker, went inside to find a young teenage girl working the lobby and drive thru all by herself and the manager was just sitting in the back doing god knows what. I hope that girl gets an amazing raise after getting put through all this stress. I went on August 3rd at 8pm. Look back on who was shift, check the cameras and fire that manager.
Cleaner than other fast food outlets I've used while visiting USA.
