Did I piss off the cook? Almost $20 spent and got- The absolute WORST McDonald's quarter pounder of my life last night. Bun was actually tough and chewy. Meat was WAY overcooked and dry. Bacon was like leather. And to top it off, it was SALTY. DISGUSTING. Fries were a mixed bag of fresh and limp. Threw most of it away.
I placed my order on the mobile app got to the window and they said they don't have a order and I have to cancel it and order again. Granted this is the second time in two weeks that it happened. This time I used all the money I had to get my kids food and they say I have to reorder it but I don't have anymore money cause it takes hours to get the refund. Always hot and Fresh at this Highway 13 location! Thank you for still having the Fountain Soda machine and ketchup dispensers available for your customers! Honestly! Tasty!
