Ordered from uber eats, got someone elses leftover order, it was a 10 minute delivery and food was literally ice cold and drinks had no ice left it had been sitting so long
It’s honestly disappointing because this used to be my go-to McDonald’s , but after this experience, I don’t see myself coming back again . The whole situation felt unprofessional and frustrating. The staff seemed distracted and not fully focused on their work, which led to mistakes with my order.
