There’s a McDonald’s about a block from my house, but I usually keep going a few more blocks to come to this one instead. The food is consistently better, but what really stands out is the people working the drive-thru. They’re friendly and efficient, but more than that, they actually interact with you like you’re a person rather than just the next car they need to move through the line. Late night drive thru only past 11, even if you ordered online. Guess I bought the staff a meal on me tonight because I made the mistake of ordering online while I walked home. I needed a reason to be done with McDonald's and their overpriced, poor quality food and they decided to add service to that list. Deleted the app

Review Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s on Kedzie. The employees did not speak English, making it extremely difficult to place or modify our order. I ordered two apple pies and noticed they were expired. When I brought them back, the employees took all the pies out of the bin, dumped them out, put new stickers on them, and gave me the same pies back. I told them they were still expired, but they insisted in Spanish that they were fresh, so another customer had to translate for me. Re-labeling expired food is ... read more
