My go to McDonalds since we moved to the south shore. They are wonderful and super nice. Never got my order wrong and most importantly, they are nice enough to go through happy meal toys and help if able to choose the toys my kids like. So I really appreciate that!

Somebody need to do a mystery shop here. Everytime I go it NEVER fails, customer service is horrible The food do not be fresh , the pop always has to be change and customers always have to tell them when. Today I visited around 6 ish , my filet o fish had brown lettuce the food was cold , the nuggets was stale, fries stale no salt, sprite needed to be changed. I live a few block down and I drove there is no way the food was that stale I couldn’t even finish it. This is why I always go to lake park location

Everything is good about this McDonald's service and food wise. But the area is difficult to drive to and there is constantly a lot of people in the parking lot that don't appear to be customers

Very very slow it took them 10 minutes to serve my order , needs more staff they are very nice and friendly but they definately need lots of help , the door dash order slow the down way too much !

They sell the Happy Meal Hello Kitty toy and they tell you the number and let you buy it without the meal. This is a great service and way to make good money. They understood the assignment!!! They knew exactly how to market these collector items. Good on the manager there! But its really hot in there at the counter. I feel really bad for the workers. They need AC at the front front of the store.
