Chaotic always!! Food is either burnt or cold every time no in between … I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for some time and never seen over 6 ppl past 9 and I still can’t even get greeted at the speaker?? Insanity!
though the early morning staff seems like they actually applied to be in customer service, anything past 2pm will get you flat, not full drinks & fries and the most out of pocket attitudes. every. single. time. “thank you so much! have a good night” -> “yup” is crazy work. pls put someone on drive thru that maybe, even just the tinniest bit, wants to be on headset or window & i understand prioritizing drive but cafe orders taking 40+ minutes with 8+ people on the floor is also.. crazy work.
Steller service from the p.m to go cashier (Putnam). As a hospitality professional, I recognize hospitality and although it was a drive through cashier role, she was exemplary!
If you want a constantly wait for your food every time that you go through a fast food line , this is the place to go. It doesn't matter.If it's the morning , it don't matter if it's the afternoon , it don't matter if they just open guess what , i'm still waiting for my food. It's called fast food for a reason.Should not be waiting for fast food.
