Ordered at the kiosk and my total was 24 dollars, selected to pay cash but the kiosk didnt give me a receipt. So I went up to the counter and they had to rering me up but didn't put my drinks with the meals so I ended up paying 27 just to get my drinks.
I called over Five McDonald’s and this was the only location that answered their phone. Marissa Customer service was top-tier and she was very patient with me. She deserves a raise! Not all heroes were capes, they wear McDonald’s uniforms. Thanks, Marissa
I’m a dasher and stopped in to pic an order up in the early morning hours. The lobby doors were locked so I went through the drive thru just to be told they cannot give orders through the drive through, so I asked if they could unlock the lobby doors, she said she would ask the manager. When I went back to the lobby and stood at the doors the manager refused to unlock the doors and looked at me once then turned her back to me and didn’t look my way for another five minutes until the lady from the drive thru came to the door ... read more
10:30 AM order Saturday morning breakfast on kiosk and paid at kiosk but was told no breakfast, other customers who had orders on app were arriving for their breakfast were complaining wanting the breakfast they paid for but were told must be refunded even though the lobby kiosk was on breakfast. We were refunded amount pending and didn't reorder because they would not serve breakfast one customer there stated she had waited for 20 minutes for a happy meal and still didn't have it.
It's Thursday and it says they close at midnight... but It's 11:14 and I waited in drive thru for nearly ten minutes only to be ignored. I'm trying to pick a doordash order up and this happens nearly everytime after 11, sometimes they answer and you can pick up and order but most times they don't, I guess they just close whenever they decide they want to. I also tried to call and let them know I was here for a doordash but the phone line beeps as if it's disconnected, this is highly unacceptable.
