They forget the sauce even before you put the order in. Also if it wasn't for the app you wouldn't be able to tell that this place is open because they never turn on the outdoor lights Place a mobile order over 20 minutes in advance and still have to wait longer than people in the drive-through
This is definitely one of the nicer McDonald’s in the outer edge of the Chicago area. It’s absolutely so clean and nice. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They actually go out of their way to see if something is not right. Solid establishment
IDK what happened to this place. Orders wrong all the time, Sprite simply never tastes good, and they do not salt their fries ever anymore. Going to have to start going to the one by Jefferson Park, which says a lot 😞
I always do mobile order and half the time they always forgot the chicken nugget sauce, which I usually just let go. Today they gave me a McDouble with no meat, had the bun, mayo, lettuce and tomato, how you forget the main ingredient?!
