I have been in Cabot for five years now, and this McDonald’s has been repeatedly the bane of my existence. Every. Single. Encounter. That I’ve experience at this McDonald’s, has left me either out of pocket, frustrated to the point of tears, or with bad or undercooked food. I’m honestly so sick of it. I don’t usually complain, I know service industry is hard. And, it’s not like it’s all the same people, or the same shifts. It’s been five years. For real, this location must be cursed or something. We've been coming here for years and it sucked for a long time. For a few weeks now though the service has gotten a lot better and everyone who's served us is super chill. They seem like they have fun and enjoy working together. We usually don't get our entire order though, stuff's always forgotten but honestly I'll take that over rude employees. We've only ever gone through the drive through, so I can't speak to the lobby experience.
