Chilton McDonald’s….. Went through the drive thru on Sunday October 12 at 2:00pm and waited 15 min just to get an order placed and then sat another 15 min before I received my food. I ordered two burgers and a medium fry. When I returned home, my husband’s burger had no condiments on it and my double cheeseburger had a pickle and ketchup and to bottom buns put together to make it. Drive thru guy started asking about Mobile App before I even got in front of the menu and speaker. He never said total amount after I ordered. Went to pay and was given my change. Started pulling forward, saw wrong change, backed up and said that I was missing some change and they couldn't open the register to give it to me. The girl looked to be a highschooler and not sure about the guy, but I think some training needs to be done about taking orders and making correct change for the customers.
