Recently my sister was taking our family’s order at the drive through, the person taking our order had some difficulty hearing her so they made us go to the window, she ordered two chicken nugget meals (one being a M and another a L) and then just an extra Mchicken and a Oreo mcFlurry, they charged us 53 for those orders, my sister was confused but we let it slide. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT MCDONALD'S (1/15/2026, 7:30 pm) I'm still fuming about my experience at the McDonald's location tonight. The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. According to the sign on the door, the lobby is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I asked the manager why I couldn't come in, and instead of getting an explanation, I got yelled at.
