Came here after a show and the lobby was packed which is understandable. After ordering on the kiosk we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for our order. Multiple people left because their orders were taking so long. I understand things take time especially with an influx of customers but nearly everyone’s order was delayed even if as simple as a small fry. I didn’t receive my ranch which is truly heartbreaking </3 also, every chicken nugget had a soft squishy part inside, I don’t get grossed out by that but back to back ... read more
