first time getting lied to about getting my water with my order and have the window shut on me being ignored when asked about it

Never ever ever have I received a bad cup of iced coffee from this location.
Just sent through the drive-thru for a large cup of ice. Cashier is very nice and smiling. However, the young lady with hair down her back and nails just as long had a horrible attitude when she passed me my cup. I did pay for this ice. The cup was not full, so I asked her to please fill it up. She looked at the cup then harshly turned around so hard that her ponytail swung.
